From maya, the selected animation will export as a fbx to the assigned folder with the following import settings: - Replace existing file with the same name - Do not preserve references - Maintain constraints When importing into Unreal, the animation will import using the assigned skeleton and the following import settings: import the animation only, do not create a skeletal mesh asset, physics asset, materials, or textures

Frankie Rig Dance

This is Frankie! I created her by combining pieces of a couple different Genshin Impact Models (Mihoyo released the official models for fan use). I rigged her in Maya and now plan to bring her into Unreal Engine and play with physics, cloth sim, and animation state machines. To the people who have played Genshin Impact, can you guess which characters I took pieces from? Here is a biped FK/IK rig I created for Frankie in Maya.
